*This offer is based on individual student enrollment rates of $40.00 per month for the months of June through September 2009 only. Rates starting in October 2009 and thereafter will revert to regular fees of $50.00 per month. Free Gi offer and Group or family rates are not not part of this offer. Ogden Judo reserves the right to revok, rescind or change this, and any other offer at any time and wthout notice.

Observers are always welcome, and classes are held:

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

All Age's practice: 7:00PM TO 8:45PM

The minimum student enrollment age is 5 years old and is dependent on the student's behavior and ability to adhere to school rules and regulation.

Judo is considered to be one of the top 5 cardiovascular workouts. It is great for developing coordination and good physique in young and old alike. It is also a great way to keep in shape! Many participants continue to practice Judo well into their 40's and 50's.
