Observers are always welcome and classes are held:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
All Age's practice: 7:00pm to 8:45pm

No-gi Submission Wrestling/Combat Judo
Saturday 11:00am to 12:30pm Ages 12 and up

The minimum student enrollment age is 5 years old and is dependent on the student's behavior and ability to adhere to school rules and regulations.

Judo as a Martial Art
Judo is known to the world-as a sport that incorporates all the teachings of the oldest martial arts. Included are traditional techniques and many modern techniques!

A Great Cardiovascular Workout
Judo is considered to be one of the top 5 cardiovascular workouts. It is great for developing coordination and good physique in young and old alike. It is also a great way to keep in shape! Many participants continue to practice Judo well into their 40's and 50's.
